The Board of Directors has passed the following resolution during the meeting at the Company headquarters:

Pursuant to the CMB Communiqué on Independent Auditing in Capital Markets, the Audit Committee of the Company has proposed PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş., located at the Süleyman Seba Cad. BJK Plaza No:48 B Blok, Kat 9 Akaretler, Beşiktas Istanbul address to be elected as the Independent Audit Company for the 2018 fiscal year of the Company.
