Donations and Charitable Contributions Policy

The Company may make charitable donations to educational institutions, foundations, associations, and public institutions and organizations operating for social, cultural, educational, etc., purposes under the Laws of the Republic of Turkey to fulfill our social responsibilities; develop a sense of corporate responsibility in our shareholders, employees and business partners; fulfill social needs; and benefit society.

Corporate social responsibility policies are observed when choosing the method and amount of the donation, and the recipient institution, organization or non-governmental organization.

Charitable donations may also be made to foundations, associations and other similar organizations established to operate in relation to the Company's area of activity. We ensure that charitable donations are made only to organizations that have been granted tax exemption by the Ministry of Finance.

Any charitable donations made in cash or in kind within the year are disclosed to the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
