Our application to the Capital Markets Board regarding the draft amendment to the Articles of Association regarding the extension of the registered capital ceiling was approved as of 07.03.2022 and our approval letter was received from the Board as of 08.03.2022. The draft amendment will be submitted to the approval of the shareholders at the first General Assembly meeting to be held, following the permission of the Ministry of Customs and Trade.
